Making the Rolls
- Warm the milk to 110°F, then combine with sugar and yeast in a large bowl. Let sit until foamy.
- Mix in softened butter and eggs, then add flour and salt, kneading until smooth and elastic.
- Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
- Prepare the peach filling in a saucepan over medium heat. Combine peaches, brown sugar, lemon juice, spices, and cornstarch. Cook until thick. Cool completely.
- Mix together softened butter, brown sugar, and spices for the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll out the dough to a 1/4-inch rectangle. Spread the cinnamon sugar, then the peach filling. Roll tightly and slice into 12 pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking pan, cover, and let rise for another hour. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Make the streusel by mixing butter, brown sugar, and flour until crumbly. Sprinkle over rolls before baking.
- Beat together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon for the frosting until fluffy.
