Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb Ground Beef or lean ground turkey
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper or white pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder or fresh chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce or soy sauce with balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella) combine for enhanced flavor
  • 1 cup Diced Crispy Bacon optional
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pickles optional
  • 1/2 cup Caramelized Onions optional
Dough
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit or Pizza Dough or homemade dough
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter melted
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
Finishing Touches
  • 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese for topping
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley optional garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 7–10 minutes. Drain excess fat and let cool.
  2. Sprinkle the cooled beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  3. Fold in shredded cheese and optional add-ins like bacon or pickles.
  4. Roll out the dough until 1/4 inch thick, and cut into 10 cm circles. Lay on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  5. Place 1–2 tablespoons of the filling in each dough circle and pinch closed tightly.
  6. Brush with melted butter mixed with minced garlic and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Brush with remaining garlic butter and garnish with parsley before serving warm.
