Cooking Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 7–10 minutes. Drain excess fat and let cool.
- Sprinkle the cooled beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
- Fold in shredded cheese and optional add-ins like bacon or pickles.
- Roll out the dough until 1/4 inch thick, and cut into 10 cm circles. Lay on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Place 1–2 tablespoons of the filling in each dough circle and pinch closed tightly.
- Brush with melted butter mixed with minced garlic and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush with remaining garlic butter and garnish with parsley before serving warm.
