Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients while the oven warms up.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine chicken broth and oyster sauce over medium heat. Stir well and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions until just al dente, about 3–4 minutes. Drain and toss with prepared sauce.
  4. In an oven-safe baking dish, mix sauced ramen noodles with frozen dumplings until evenly distributed.
  5. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes to steam and meld flavors.
  6. Remove foil, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
  7. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with sliced green onions and a drizzle of sesame oil.
