- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the shrimp, scallops, and white fish under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the prepared seafood and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes until the shrimp and scallops are opaque.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Pour this over the seafood mixture.
- Add chopped parsley and half of the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
- Grease a baking dish and transfer the seafood mixture into it, spreading evenly.
- Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
