Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the shrimp, scallops, and white fish under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the prepared seafood and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes until the shrimp and scallops are opaque.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Pour this over the seafood mixture.
  6. Add chopped parsley and half of the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
  7. Grease a baking dish and transfer the seafood mixture into it, spreading evenly.
  8. Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
