  • 2 cups Zucchini Sliced.
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved.
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded.
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For greasing the baking dish.
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Optional.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, sliced zucchini, halved cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
  4. Transfer the mixed ingredients into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until zucchini is tender and cheese is golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
