  • Salt and Pepper Essential for seasoning to taste

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) for a crispy crust.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to about ¼-inch thickness.
  3. Brush 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the surface of the rolled dough.
  4. Spread 1 cup of fresh ricotta cheese evenly over the dough.
  5. Evenly distribute 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the ricotta layer.
  6. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of dried oregano and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, plus salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden.
  8. Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of hot honey over the pizza after baking.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and crushed red pepper flakes, then slice and serve.
