Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the Oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Fold in the low-fat Greek yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 2-3 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 portions and roll each into an oval about 6 inches long.
  6. On one half of the oval, spread about 15g of pizza sauce and sprinkle 20g of low-fat cheese.
  7. Fold the dough over and crimp the edges securely with a fork.
  8. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let the hot pockets cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving.
