  3. Shape the mixture into small balls or patties, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Lightly spray or brush the tops with olive oil for crispiness.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  6. Optionally broil for 1-2 minutes for extra crunch, watching closely to prevent burning.
