  • 1 cup Plain Unsweetened Greek Yogurt Use thick yogurt for best outcome.
For the Filling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Use block-style and keep cold.
For Topping
  • 1 tbsp Everything But The Bagel Seasoning Sprinkle generously.
  • 1 pinch Salt Elevates flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Allow to heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until blended.
  3. Gradually add Greek yogurt, mixing with a fork. Continue with hands to form a sticky dough.
  4. Divide dough into 10 equal pieces, weighing approximately 30g each. Roll into balls.
  5. Flatten each ball into a disc about 1/2 inch thick. Place 1 teaspoon of cream cheese in the center.
  6. Fold edges over cream cheese and pinch to seal tightly.
  7. Lightly brush tops with egg wash or oil. Sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
  8. Arrange bagel bites in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between each.
  9. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Remove from air fryer and let cool on a wire rack for 3-5 minutes before serving.
