Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Allow to heat for about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until blended.
- Gradually add Greek yogurt, mixing with a fork. Continue with hands to form a sticky dough.
- Divide dough into 10 equal pieces, weighing approximately 30g each. Roll into balls.
- Flatten each ball into a disc about 1/2 inch thick. Place 1 teaspoon of cream cheese in the center.
- Fold edges over cream cheese and pinch to seal tightly.
- Lightly brush tops with egg wash or oil. Sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
- Arrange bagel bites in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between each.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool on a wire rack for 3-5 minutes before serving.
