Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Clean the squid by pulling off the head, cutting away legs, and removing the internal organs. Rinse and pat dry.
  2. Combine ground coriander, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper with extra virgin olive oil. Coat the squid and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450°F) for perfect sear.
  4. Score the squid lightly on one side in evenly spaced cuts to prevent curling while grilling.
  5. Grill squid for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and grill an additional 3-4 minutes.
  6. Prepare Ladolemono sauce by whisking together fresh lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil.
  7. Remove grilled squid from the grill, drizzle with Ladolemono sauce, garnish, and serve immediately.
