  1. Rinse 3-4 ripe kiwi fruits under cool running water and peel. Cut into large chunks.
  2. Blend kiwi chunks with the juice of one lemon and 2 cups cold water on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  3. Strain the blended mixture through a sieve into a pitcher, pressing down with a spatula to extract liquid.
  4. Add remaining 2 cups of cold water to the pitcher; stir gently to combine.
  5. Incorporate sugar or preferred sweetener, stirring until dissolved. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  6. Serve chilled over ice, garnished with slices of kiwi or lemon.
