Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine frozen blueberries, water, organic raw sugar, and 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  2. Use a potato masher or immersion blender to crush the blueberries. Pour through a fine sieve into a bowl or pitcher to extract the juice.
  3. Prepare a strong brew of green tea by boiling 6 cups of water, allowing it to cool to approximately 170-180°F. Steep the tea for about 3 minutes.
  4. Once cooled, pour the blueberry juice into a large pitcher, add remaining lemon juice, and stir in the cooled green tea. Serve over ice or refrigerate for at least an hour to meld flavors.
