  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Essential for flavor.
For the Fruity Layers
  • 1 cup Blueberry pie filling or fresh blueberries Sprinkle fresh blueberries with sugar if needed.
  • 1 cup Strawberry pie filling or fresh strawberries Fresh strawberries need sweetening.
For Garnishing
  • 1 cup Whipped cream Optional topping.
  • Fresh berries For garnishing.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form, approximately 3-4 minutes.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  4. Stir blueberry pie filling or fresh blueberries into half of the cream mixture. Pour into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Spoon the reserved cream mixture on top of the blueberry layer and smooth it out.
  6. Add strawberry pie filling or fresh strawberries on top and create swirls with a knife or skewer.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream and fresh berries if desired.
