Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pure maple syrup, melted coconut oil, honey, pure vanilla extract, and fine sea salt. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add old-fashioned rolled oats and sliced almonds to the bowl and stir gently.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet, spreading evenly and pressing down firmly.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, then rotate the pan and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let it cool completely on the baking sheet for 30 to 45 minutes.
  7. Melt the chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  8. Drizzle melted chocolate over the cooled granola bark and immediately sprinkle with chosen toppings.
  9. Allow the chocolate to set for 15-20 minutes, then break into pieces.
