Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1.5 cups of mashed ripe bananas, nut butter, rolled oats, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt until fully mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly, pressing down gently.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool completely at room temperature before lifting out the bars and cutting into squares.
