Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients and tools.
  2. Roll out the refrigerated biscuit dough on a lightly floured surface to about 5 inches in diameter. Cut out seven circles, each measuring 1.5 inches in diameter.
  3. Arrange the cut biscuit circles on a greased or parchment-lined cookie sheet, spaced about an inch apart.
  4. Whisk together an egg and a splash of water to create an egg wash. Brush generously on each biscuit circle.
  5. Bake for about 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Keep an eye on them.
  6. Once baked, transfer the biscuits to a cooling rack and allow them to cool completely.
  7. Assemble the kabobs by threading a biscuit, followed by a strawberry slice, a dollop of Cool Whip. Repeat the layers and finish with another biscuit on top.
