Ingredients

For the Base
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice Use 100% pineapple juice for the best taste.
  • 1/4 cup Canned Full-Fat Coconut Milk Avoid carton coconut milk; choose full-fat canned for texture.
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Water No substitutes recommended; it enhances the tropical profile.
  • 1/2 unit Lime Juice Use fresh lime juice for optimal flavor—bottled varieties taste artificial.
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt Do not omit; it ties together the tropical notes.
For the Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut (toasted) Toast until golden brown for flavor; monitor closely to prevent burning.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Corn Syrup Any sticky sweetener works to attach the coconut to the glass.
  • Garnish (optional) Lime wheel, pineapple wedge, or pineapple frond adds visual appeal.

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Skillet
  • Shallow Plate
