Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a flat surface and separate it into triangles.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the pecan mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, tucking in the sides to secure the filling.
- Place the rolled crescents with the tip facing down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
- Let the crescents cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Optionally, drizzle a glaze made from powdered sugar and milk over the cooled crescents.
