Dough

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a flat surface and separate it into triangles.
  4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the pecan mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, tucking in the sides to secure the filling.
  6. Place the rolled crescents with the tip facing down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
  8. Let the crescents cool for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Optionally, drizzle a glaze made from powdered sugar and milk over the cooled crescents.
