Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a blender, add 1 pound of raspberries along with 1 cup of white grape juice. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a mixing bowl, pressing down on the solids.
  3. Pour the strained raspberry puree into your popsicle mold and insert sticks. Freeze for 4-5 hours until solid.
  4. For the chocolate drizzle, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals until melted.
  5. Remove popsicles from the mold, drizzle chocolate over them, and add optional toppings like nuts or sprinkles.
