  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano Italian seasoning can be an alternative
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt adjust according to taste
  • 1 dash Black Pepper fresh-ground is preferred

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
  2. Add minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to the mixture, combining thoroughly.
  3. Coat chicken tenders in the marinade, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill pan over medium heat or set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown, internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
  6. Transfer cooked chicken to a plate and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
