Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Brown the sausages for 6-8 minutes, then remove and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Sauté garlic and onion in the skillet for about 2 minutes until translucent.
  4. Stir in curry powder and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Incorporate flour and stir continuously for another 30 seconds.
  6. Gradually add chicken stock and mix in sliced carrot, sugar, and seasoning.
  7. Return sliced sausages and peas to the skillet, simmer for about 3 minutes.
  8. Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
