  • 1 package The Laughing Cow Cream Cheese Spread - Cinnamon Cream Can substitute with plain cream cheese mixed with a dash of cinnamon if unavailable.
  • 0.5 cup frozen blueberries Fresh blueberries can be used but may require less cooking time.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Blueberry Breakfast Quesadilla
  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Smear a generous amount of The Laughing Cow Cinnamon Cream Cheese Spread on one half of the tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle ½ cup of frozen blueberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
  4. Spray the heated skillet with nonstick cooking spray and fold the tortilla in half.
  5. Cook for about 2 minutes on one side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Flip the quesadilla over and cook for another 2 minutes.
