- Chop the English cucumbers into small, bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add thawed shelled edamame and chopped green onions to the bowl with cucumbers. Mix gently with freshly chopped cilantro.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the neutral oil, rice apple vinegar, tamari or soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, pure maple syrup, chili onion crunch, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
