  • 1 teaspoon Chili Onion Crunch or Chili Paste To taste
  • 1 clove Minced Garlic Fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger Fresh

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Chop the English cucumbers into small, bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add thawed shelled edamame and chopped green onions to the bowl with cucumbers. Mix gently with freshly chopped cilantro.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the neutral oil, rice apple vinegar, tamari or soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, pure maple syrup, chili onion crunch, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
  5. Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
