  2. Grate the Russet potatoes into a large mixing bowl. Mix in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder thoroughly.
  3. Drizzle in olive oil and stir until all grated potatoes are coated.
  4. Lightly spray the preheated waffle maker with cooking spray before adding the potato mixture.
  5. Spread half of the potato mixture on the lower grid of the waffle maker. Close and cook for about 8-10 minutes until golden-brown.
