Step-by-Step Instructions for Honey-Garlic Cauliflower
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare your breading stations with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
  3. Coat the cauliflower florets first in flour, then egg, and finally panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange the coated bites on the baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Make the sauce by simmering honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, sriracha, and water in a saucepan, then whisk in cornstarch.
  6. After baking, toss the cauliflower bites in the honey-garlic sauce and broil for another 3–5 minutes until extra crispy.
  7. Garnish with sliced scallions and serve warm.
