- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, and salt and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Lightly flatten biscuit dough or keep wonton wrappers covered with a damp towel. Work quickly to prevent drying.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of filling into the center of each dough piece. Fold edges over, pinch tightly to seal, forming a ball.
- Heat enough oil in a frying pan to cover the bombs halfway, about 2 inches deep, and heat to 350°F (175°C). Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking.
- Fry the bombs in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy. If baking, place on a lined sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Use a slotted spoon to remove bombs from oil and drain on paper towels. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
