Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, and salt and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Lightly flatten biscuit dough or keep wonton wrappers covered with a damp towel. Work quickly to prevent drying.
  3. Scoop 1 tablespoon of filling into the center of each dough piece. Fold edges over, pinch tightly to seal, forming a ball.
  4. Heat enough oil in a frying pan to cover the bombs halfway, about 2 inches deep, and heat to 350°F (175°C). Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking.
  5. Fry the bombs in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy. If baking, place on a lined sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Use a slotted spoon to remove bombs from oil and drain on paper towels. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
