Ice Cream Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the creamy peanut butter, light brown sugar, and kosher salt until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Gradually stir in the heavy cream, milk, and vanilla extract until fully blended and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, about 20–25 minutes.
- While churning, microwave the additional creamy peanut butter for about 1 minute until fluid, then stir in the powdered sugar.
- Once the ice cream thickens to a soft-serve consistency, transfer half into an airtight container.
- Drizzle half of the peanut butter swirl over the ice cream and top with the remaining ice cream, repeating with the rest of the swirl.
- Gently swirl the ice cream and peanut butter together, then cover and freeze for at least 4 hours.
