Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, mandarin orange segments, and light brown sugar. Mash gently for 2-3 minutes until blended but slightly chunky.

  3. Lay out the slices of cinnamon swirl bread, and generously spread the creamy filling onto one side of each slice.
  4. Top half of the filled slices with remaining slices, pressing down lightly to create sandwiches.
  5. Slice each sandwich into triangles or desired shapes, removing crusts if desired.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge if not serving immediately.
