Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Warm the milk in a saucepan over low heat, adding saffron and cardamom. Steep for 5 minutes.
  2. In a jar, combine rolled oats and chia seeds.
  3. Pour the infused milk over the oats, add honey or maple syrup, rose water, and vanilla extract.
  4. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  5. Stir the mixture before serving to combine any settled ingredients.
  6. Top with chopped pistachios and almonds before serving cold.
