Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add another tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
