  • 1 clove Grated garlic Garlic powder can be a quick substitute.

Method
 

Direction Steps
  1. Boil salted water and cook macaroni pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and cool.
  2. Chop egg whites and mash yolks in a mixing bowl.
  3. Combine cooled macaroni, chopped egg whites, and crumbled yolks in the bowl.
  4. Add diced celery, chopped red onion, green onion, and bacon to the mixture and mix gently.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, grated garlic, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and fold until evenly coated.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning; garnish with green onions and paprika, then serve.
