  4. Whip Vanilla Cream: In a clean bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; beat until stiff peaks form.
  5. Layer Parfaits: In serving glasses, layer Oreo crumbs, chocolate mousse, and whipped cream. Repeat layers and finish with Oreo crumbs.
