Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta shells in a large pot of salted water until al dente, around 9-11 minutes. Drain and cool.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic, add cream, Parmesan, and Cajun seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Mix ricotta, chicken, broccoli, green onions, lemon zest, and Cajun seasoning in a bowl until combined.
  4. Spread some Alfredo sauce in a baking dish, stuff pasta shells with filling, and place in the dish.
  5. Pour remaining sauce over shells, sprinkle mozzarella on top, and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes until golden.
  6. Let cool briefly, then serve with garnish as desired.
