  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your ingredients.
  2. Combine sliced Honey Crisp apples and frozen cranberries with sugars, orange juice & zest, corn starch, and spices in a bowl. Gently mix and transfer to the pie pan.
  3. In another bowl, mix the softened butter, oats, sugars, salt, flour, and spices until coarse crumbs form. This will be your topping.
  4. Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the fruit filling in the pie pan and pat slightly to adhere.
  5. Bake for 75 to 90 minutes until apples are tender and the topping is golden brown and bubbly.
