Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash all fresh ingredients thoroughly under cold running water. Cube the watermelon, slice the strawberries, and chop the cucumber. Set in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the fruit mixture and toss gently to coat.
  3. Crumble goat cheese or feta over the salad and mix gently.
  4. Chop fresh mint leaves and sprinkle over the salad. Toss gently to combine.
