Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by pouring the full-fat coconut milk, freshly squeezed lime juice, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt into a blender. Blend on high for about 10 seconds until smooth.
  2. If using lime zest, add it to the blended mixture and pulse a couple of times to incorporate.
  3. Set your popsicle molds on a stable surface and carefully fill each mold with the mixture, leaving 1/4 inch of space at the top.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each filled mold, ensuring they are stable.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours or until completely solid.
