  • 3 oz Prosecco Substitute with any sparkling wine.
  • 2 oz Club Soda Sparkling water works as a substitute.
For Garnish
  • 1 slice Grapefruit Can be substituted with lemon or lime.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Chill your glassware by placing it in the freezer for about 5 minutes.
  2. Combine the pink gin and grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  4. Shake the mixture vigorously for about 10 to 15 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into your chilled glass filled with fresh ice.
  6. Top off with prosecco and a splash of club soda.
  7. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit on the rim.
