- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and diced onion. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until browned, drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, milk or beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In the baking dish, combine cooked rice, beef and onion mixture, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly across the baking dish and top with remaining shredded cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let sit for a few minutes, serve hot, garnishing with parsley if desired.
