  • 3-4 tbsp Fat for Frying Ghee or oil for frying.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 420°F (215°C) if baking. Shred cabbage, grate carrots, chop scallions, and mince garlic.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrots, scallions, and garlic. Add eggs, flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and ground coriander. Mix gently.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add your fat until shimmering.
  4. Scoop the mixture and form small patties. Fry for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. For oven-baked fritters, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-23 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Let the fritters cool slightly on a paper towel. Serve warm with yogurt or sour cream.
