  1. Make Sweetened Cream Cheese: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and ¼ tsp vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Prepare Egg Mixture: Whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla, dash of cinnamon, and pinch of salt until fully combined.
  3. Assemble Casserole: Layer bread, sweetened cream cheese, and mixed berries in the baking dish. Pour egg mixture over the top.
  4. Refrigerate: Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
