  • 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha Adjust based on spice preference.
For the Tacos
  • 8 pieces Tortillas Choose flour or corn for gluten-free.
  • 2 cups Shredded Cabbage Provides crunch and freshness.
  • 1 medium Avocado Optional for a lighter taco.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by marinating your shrimp in buttermilk, allowing them to soak for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Combine all-purpose flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a shallow bowl.
  3. Remove shrimp from buttermilk, coat in seasoned flour, dip back into buttermilk, and roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and fry shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
  6. Assemble tacos with shredded cabbage, crispy shrimp, bang bang sauce, and slices of avocado.
  7. Serve with lime wedges on the side.

Notes
