- Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Once it reaches a boiling point, add rigatoni or farfalle and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Strain the pasta and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Drizzle the cooled pasta with extra-virgin olive oil, then add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss everything together until the pasta is evenly coated.
- Carefully place the seasoned pasta into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Set your timer for 10-14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once your Air Fryer Pasta Chips are crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
