For the Pasta

For the Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning Swap with individual herbs like basil or oregano for a personalized touch
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic works beautifully
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Consider reducing for a low-sodium option
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust or omit based on preference
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Nutritional yeast for vegan choice

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Once it reaches a boiling point, add rigatoni or farfalle and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Strain the pasta and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  3. Drizzle the cooled pasta with extra-virgin olive oil, then add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss everything together until the pasta is evenly coated.
  4. Carefully place the seasoned pasta into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Set your timer for 10-14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Once your Air Fryer Pasta Chips are crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
